Love's redeeming work is done, Alleluia! Fought the fight, the battle won, Alleluia! Death in vain forbids him rise, Alleluia! Christ has opened paradise, Alleluia!
Please hold these beloved people and situations in your daily prayers –
All those in Ukraine, Russia, Europe, Africa, Asia, the world – living in war and violence…
We continue our prayers for all those grieving deaths of loved ones…
most recently David & Cynthia grieving the death of canine family Lady Lu…
We continue prayers of compassion, healing, and hope for those in need… Fran… Fran’s grandson Jake… Patti & Kathy’s Aunt Helen… Vicky’s brother Royce… Steve & Myrna… Austin’s cousin Danny… Tamara & Andrew… Renata and the women she cares for… Betty J… Betty’s step-daughter Mollie… Kenny and Marcia… Annie & Reed… Carolyn & Michael… Eleanor’s step-daughter Holly … Tom & Judy’s son Andrew and his family… Danny and Clementine… Cynthia & Nancy… all struggling with mental health issues… all individuals and families experiencing addictions… those traveling near and far… all caregivers…
We offer our prayers for those who do not wish to be named -- those having or recovering from surgery … those experiencing sudden illness… those suffering chronic pain … those awaiting tests and diagnoses … all affected by memory loss … those living with depression …

Would you like to be more active in the Worship Service on a Sunday morning?
Sign up to be the Liturgist for the morning to lead: the Call to Worship, the Invocation, and to read the Scripture. All materials will be provided for you. You can sign the sheet on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall, or let Vicky know which Sunday you are willing to help out.
The Liturgist can be in-person or on Zoom.
Do you have extra room in your car on a Sunday morning? Would you be willing to give someone a ride to church? Give Jeanne Edwards a call, 422-0995, to get information
or to arrange rides from Golden Acres (where Armando’s was). Thank you!
Pilgrim Lodge Jump Start Weekend is on April 29-30. There are projects for a variety of ages and skill levels to prepare the camp for the season ahead. Check out the PL website for more information. If you are unable to make it to camp for these dates, but would like to get involved, please fill out our volunteer interest form and we’ll follow up with you.

What if Christianity informed how you understand essential work,
and then paid and cared for workers as if they were truly essential?
What if? A Pocket Portion of Post-Pandemic Ponderments is a series of questions offered by the Stillspeaking Writer’s Group to engage us in wondering. The Stillspeaking Writers’ Group is known for its whimsical piety, providing honest inspiration and progressive theological reflection for Christians who strive to be literate but not literal in nurturing their faith.
